Digital Products

All songs sold by PersonalisedSong are custom-created digital products, made uniquely for you based on the personal information you provide. Because each song is written and produced specifically for you, we are unable to offer refunds once your song has been created and delivered.

By placing an order and providing your personalisation details, you acknowledge that you are commissioning a bespoke digital product made to your personal specifications, that production begins promptly after you submit your order information, and that you waive your right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 once the digital content has been delivered, as provided for under Regulation 37.

When We Will Issue a Refund

We will always provide a full refund in the following situations: your song has not yet been started and you wish to cancel; we are unable to complete your order within a reasonable timeframe; the delivered song contains a significant error caused by us that we are unable to correct; or a technical issue prevents you from accessing your song.

Revisions

If you are unhappy with your song for any reason, please contact us first. We are happy to make reasonable revisions to ensure your song is exactly what you wanted.

Your Statutory Rights
