All PersonalisedSong products are digital and delivered electronically. There is no physical shipping involved.

How Delivery Works

Once you have placed your order and submitted your personalisation details, our team will begin creating your song. When your song is ready, it will be delivered to you digitally via the email address you provided at checkout.

Delivery Timeframes

Standard delivery time is stated on each product page at the time of purchase. We aim to deliver most songs within the timeframe shown. If your order is time-sensitive (for example, for a birthday or special event), please mention this in your order details and we will do our best to prioritise your song.

What You Will Receive

Your digital delivery will include your personalised song as a high-quality audio file (MP3). Depending on the package you ordered, your delivery may also include a print-ready lyric sheet and, if applicable, confirmation that your song has been published to Spotify and Apple Music.

Problems With Delivery

If you have not received your song within the stated timeframe, please check your spam or junk email folder first. If you still cannot find it, contact us at info@personalisedsong.co.uk with your order number and we will resend your delivery promptly.

International Orders

Because our products are digital, we can deliver to customers anywhere in the world. All prices are in GBP. International customers are responsible for any local taxes or duties that may apply.
