How a personalised song is made
A personalised song is a real, fully sung track written from a story you send us. It is not a template with a name dropped in, and it is not a karaoke backing with someone reading your notes over it. Here is the whole process, from the brief to the file in your inbox, and what it costs.
The four steps
1. You tell us the story
The order page has a short form. Choose a package, then tell us who the song is for, the occasion, the voice and genre you want, and the story. The story box is the heart of it: how you met, what they are like, names, places, the running jokes, the thing you want said. Ten minutes is plenty. Bullet points are fine. There is a pronunciation field for names that are not spelled the way they sound.
Your brief is saved in your browser as you type, so you can come back to it, and it travels with your order so nothing is lost.
2. We write the lyrics
Every song is written from scratch from your brief. The lyric follows a proper song structure: verses that tell the story, a chorus built around the person's name and qualities, a bridge, and a final chorus that lifts. We check every name and detail against what you sent. Nothing is invented and nothing from another song is copied.
3. We record and produce it
The finished lyric is recorded in the genre you chose, with a male or female vocalist as requested, and produced as a polished studio track with the vocal clear and up front so every word can be heard. We listen to the whole thing before it leaves.
4. You get the files
Within 48 hours as standard, your song arrives by email as an MP3 and a WAV, with a printable lyric sheet as a PDF. Deluxe and Ultimate orders are prioritised for 24-hour delivery and add cover art, a Spotify and Apple Music release, a QR lyric sheet and, on Ultimate, a physical CD.

Hear it before you order
The best way to understand what you are buying is to listen. Our example songs page has real songs across country, acoustic ballad, acoustic rock, rock, R&B and dance, each written for a real customer from a brief like yours.
What makes a good brief
- Specifics beat adjectives. "She still keeps the ticket from our first gig in her purse" is a lyric. "She is amazing" is not.
- Names and places. The song is theirs because the details are theirs.
- The tone you want. Say "keep it light" or "make them cry". We follow it.
- A reference artist. One name tells us more about the sound than three paragraphs.
- The moment. Where and when it will be played. A first dance and a birthday speech are written differently.
Changes after delivery
If we have mispronounced a name or got a fact wrong from your brief, we fix it. Changes of mind after delivery, such as a new verse or a different line, are available as a paid amendment, and we recreate the song from the original so it sounds the same.

Who owns the song?
You do, for personal use, forever. You can play it, share it and post it. It cannot be resold or used commercially.
What if I am not happy with it?
Contact us. If something is wrong on our side we fix it. Reasonable revisions are available, and our refund policy covers the rare cases where a song cannot be put right.
Is it really written from my story?
Yes. Every lyric is written from your brief and checked against it. Send us a detail nobody else knows and you will hear it in the song.
