Ideas for what to put in the brief
Couples often freeze at "tell us your story". You do not need a novel. Six or seven honest details are enough:
- Where you met and what you first noticed about her.
- A trip, a house move or a hard year you got through together.
- Something she says all the time.
- What she is like as a mum, a sister, a friend, if that matters to her.
- The thing you would want her to hear if you only had one chance to say it.
Leave out anything she would find embarrassing in front of her family. She will play this to people.

How long does a personalised song for my wife take?
Standard delivery is within 48 hours of your order. If the date is close, choose 24-hour delivery at the add-ons step. Tell us the occasion date in the brief and we prioritise accordingly.
Can I hear it before she does?
Yes. The finished song comes to your email first. You choose how and when to play it to her.
What if I am not a writer?
You do not need to be. Write the brief the way you would tell a friend the story. Bullet points are fine. We do the writing.
Can the song mention our children or our dog?
Yes, and it usually should. Names of children, pets, places and in-jokes are what make the song hers rather than a generic love song.
Does she get to keep it forever?
Yes. The MP3 and WAV are hers for personal use with no expiry. If you add Spotify and Apple Music publishing, the release stays live.
Can I change something after I hear it?
If a name is mispronounced or a detail is wrong on our side, we fix it. Small lyric changes after delivery are available as a paid amendment.
