Frequently asked questions
Is a personalised song too much for a new relationship?
Not if the tone matches the relationship. Tell us in the brief whether you want sweet and light or full romance and we write accordingly. Many early-relationship songs are playful.
Can I put it on Spotify so she can share it?
Yes, with the Deluxe or Ultimate package. We release it on Spotify and Apple Music and it is usually live within five to seven days.
What if she does not like the genre I pick?
Choose the genre she listens to rather than the one you do. If you are unsure, name two artists she plays and we will match the feel.
How long does it take?
Within 48 hours as standard. A 24-hour option is available if Valentine's Day has crept up on you.
Does it come with anything physical?
